Board of Directors

       Junior Achievement of Michiana is fortunate to have an enthusiastic, hard-working, hands-on Board of Directors, genuinely committed to JA's Mission, programs, and continued growth and excellence. Currently chaired by Karol Griffin, of Teachers Credit Union, our Board represents an outstanding cross-section of large and small businesses and schools in our community.

       Responsibilities as a Board Volunteer include attendance at bimonthly board meetings which set the guidelines ensuring the continued success, growth, and excellence of our JA program, and assistance in other activities as needed. These "other activities" include the annual fund drive, private movie screenings, acting as classroom consultants, occasionally speaking for civic groups, and in general being good-will ambassadors for Junior Achievement in everyday life. All of our Board Members have experienced, first-hand, the impact of the JA program on a classroom, either as volunteer consultants, or as school administrators.
